Mosha
I am currently attempting to get a 12 month extension based on marriage. We've just had the house visit, (the 1st ever from them) with various photo's taken in and outside the house. He even had us lay down on the bed. He then asked to see my departure card, which I just then saw was missing from my passport.. It was there when they were inspecting my passport 2 days ago. Is it normal for them to retain the card? Crossy
Nope, but they do sometimes remove it, was it stapled in? It's not a great issue to get a replacement as all the records are computerised, you may need a police report that it has been lost. Life will be slightly easier if you have a copy of the card. Mosha
Yes it was stapled in. They should have a copy, they photo copied every page in my passport.
