No, they can't. There seems to be a misunderstanding. Put simply, I am talking about using a third party app. The people running that app stream it to their residence in the UK. From there, they rebroadcast (upload) it out to the world, unbeknown to the company, Eg: Sky. It's illegal, whether for payment, or no payment, but it can not be geo-blocked by the provider. (Sky) All they can see is a customer streaming a match to a residence in the UK via their IP address. They have no idea that stream is being sent out to millions of different IP addresses, all around the world. It's been going on for years. Here's a couple of Brit's that were stupid enough to be doing it within Thailand and got arrested. No geo-blocking. I could post some links to a few IPTV providers but it probably breaks forum rules. Google for it. There are hundreds. They also have radio stations. Some boast access to over 15000 channels from all around the world.
