I want to know if i can do more then 1 business activity under the same company name or do i need 1 company for each businessactivity ?

Example: Let's say if i have a company limited called "X", can i have an internetcafé, bar and restaurant under this companyname if i have the necessary licenses ?

You can have as many business activities as you like when you form the company. However on the Vat Registration, you can only put your main objective. Any additional " main" business objectives must be registered one objective at a time.

Also your company registration comes with a list of activities (that can be easily in access of 20 types of business segments) depending on the objective your company has been formed for.

Your company will not be allowed to engage in any business not being part of that list.
