KittenKong
It doesn't matter how big your water pistol is; if you have one you're still just a prat. Edited April 19, 2014 by KittenKong

Pattaya28
I purchased a "High-Pressure" water device from a street vendor. I asked about the legality. Are they legal ? Chai Chai was his reply The vendor quoted me legalities from Thai Law. Psi and all that. I trusted his knowledge of Thai Law.
WitawatWatawit
Saw several of them along Khao Talo an hour back. Rather fearsome weapons. Two girls on a m/bike were hit (stopped, luckily) and were pushed over. Don't go anywhere near Khao Talo in a car or on a bike atm, it's very dangerous.
