Residence requirements and do I qualify

Featured Replies

I know it has probably been talked to death but every case is different .

For my self I have been in and out of Thailand for 10 years the past 4 years have been on 1 year multiple entry O visas. I work out side Thailand on various schedules some times gone for a month and as long as 3 months before returning . My wife and kids live in nontaburi were are home is.

I have my condo fees in my name . Drivers license , the property my wife and I have is in my family name which she took after marriage about 10 years ago. My vehicle is in my name also.

What else do I need to qualify , or do I even qualify because I leave many times each year for work ?

Thanks in advance

Short answer you do not and cannot qualify !

Please feel free to ask why or just do a search on the subject.

Three years of work permits and unbroken stay on a non immigrant O and three years of tax returns on a minimum income of 80k for starters.

Any chance on getting your role moved to Thailand even in a nominal way so you can get the WP and tax payments?

You need to of been working here for 3 years with a work permit and paid taxes. You also must of been here on extensions of stay. Entries from a multiple entry visa will not be accepted.
