I am on retirement visa extensions dated until 15th Dec 2014. I am leaving Thailand on 5th Aug 2014 and returning around 5th Oct 2014. I will have a re entry permit for that. My question is. what will be stamped on my passport when I arrive in Thailand around 5th Oct 2014? Do I get 90 days again, or do I only get stamped until the 15th Dec 2014?

You get until the end of your extension: 15th Dec 2014: 90 days does not apply, because you are not entering on a visa.

15th December 2014 if you have a valid Re-Entry Permit.
