you speak like you as you say it " these idiots"

If you know more than i do about this case please let me know or don't base this case on assumption due to your own dealings.

Plus allot of the time it is the forages fault but they never back down. Yes sometimes it is the thai persons fault but due to language barriers and the thai law it can be frustrating but less costly to the forang if the thai person is at fault

Yet if the forang is at fault then he shall have the fit the full cost. Noramally the more gobby the forang the more the price goes up.

What do u mean at least it was Thai on Thai ??? still 2 teen agers dead in a case you know f all about. So if i was you i would examine the full story before you stereo type or you shall look like a turnip

Come on man they were just kids.

R.I.P

Thanks

Another point is that the Thais could not be blamed in this case and the same if forang and thai as both drivers of both vehicles are dead

Let me guess:

No helmets.

Souped up bikes with modified or bald tires, poor brakes.

Neither had ever been shown how to ride a bike properly.

The riding was too fast for the conditions.

To be repeated again everynight somewhere in Thailand.

Simple answer is don't have an accident

A good driver is aware of bad drivers and ready to move

I know allot of cases where there is nothing one can do to prevent one crashing into the back of you or into your parked vehicle

The biggest problem with Thai a forang crashes is the language barrier

It is a hell of allot easier for the policeman to understand a Thai than a forang

Which if you have a Thai person in your corner can help

If you are driving a car with full insurance then say nothing

Only speak to insurance man then let him deal with police

Keep your driving license on you at all times

Remember having an international licence does not hold much weight specially if it only covers cars not motor bikes

Wear helmets front and back

If you know you are right then take the case to the police station but you have to weigh up the time and the chances of losing against clearing on the street as it could take 2 hours or more either neither person. Backs down,

If you have license ( bike license £helmets and you are sure u r not wrong then u might want to Thai person to argue to see the Thai persons driving license and where was his or her helmet

In allot of cases I have seen forangs crash into Thais

The Thai perks wants to shake hands and let you go

But once police come the forang thinks he is going to get justice but it back fires

In that case I would leave unless have insurance then I would call them and not listen to the Thai rambling on wait for police
