Since the recent changes, have they changed again? I went to 115 for BBC News and it's now PHOX

Last night True ran a banner that said CNBC was changing to channel 116 due to poor a poor signal on channel 115. I did have some problems with a clear signal on channel 115....haven't had a chance to view 116 yet.
