May 6, 201412 yr Hi, I have a triple entry tourist visa that I thought was good for 3 90 day visits (from USA to Thailand). The visa was approved on March 19, my date of arrival was May 2, and the visa was stamped as good until June 30, which is only 58 days from the date of arrival. Did being cautious and having my visa approved so early cause the good till date to pull forward? If not, why did I only get a 58 day stamp? Thanks Edited May 6, 201412 yr by Delta223
May 6, 201412 yr Tourist visa entries are for 60 days each that can be extended at immigrations for 30 days for 1.900 baht. The day you arrived counts as day one. May have 31 days. May 2 to June 30 is 60 days.
May 6, 201412 yr Popular Post A tourist visa only gives a 60 day entry that can be extended for 30 days at immigration. People wrongly call them 90 visas which they are not they only give a total stay of 90 days counting the 30 day extension with the 60 day entry. You visa sticker has an enter before that date that should be 6 months from the date your visa was issued. You must use all your entries prior to that date. Getting you visa to early reduces the total amount of days you can get out of your visa.
