Again read this and doesn't make sense. It was with a picture of a ring.

ทำ เอง นะ

Tam Ang na

Do only na?

Anyone?

You can only use those words in a 'production' context.

Q. Darling, can you cook me dinner?

A. make it yourself (works)

So 'do it yourself' can be an explanation as long as the 'do' requires some form of work by yourself.

OK. She was angry over an argument. Then sent me a picture of a ring and said that.

Still not really clear from your last Post, but I would guess she's saying - basically :

"We could have had a relationship (showing the ring as she does in the picture) but you screwed it up; you're on your own"

The word นะ is a particle word that softens the speakers request or statement. It is only used in polite manner. Never in the middle of a heated argument.

I disagree,

For example เราจบกันแค่นี่นะ we are finished (as far as I am concerned)

Not used in anger, but used when ending a relationship.

Which is what the OP may be encountering.

Did you read the OP's post numbered #7 ? He uses the words anger and argument.
