BK burgers - seem small these days

Featured Replies

I wonder if Burger King is "downsizing"? Or is it just my imagination? Haven't had one of their burgers for several months, but stopped at the BK on second road north yesterday. Looked at the burger when I got home and it seemed awfully small compared to what I remember. Onion rings and hash browns were fine, but that burger - small as a big mac, or big as a small mac. Whatever. :)

To me Burger King in Thailand is a rip-off. It is nearly twice the price of McDonald's for a set and they both use the same lousy beef. I like a fast-food burger from time to time, but if the quality is the same, I will go for the cheaper option. BK in America used much better beef than Micky D's, but not here.

burger king thailand often do promos (for example there are often girls at the entrance to emporium giving out flyers for buy 1 get 1 deals or similar, for the burger king inside)... at standard price i agree the premium vs mcdonalds is not justified here although i'm rarely in a position to choose between them, except at DMK airport where they are just a few meters apart in which case i have a difficult decision but normally choose mcdonalds

McDonalds is a rip off in Thailand too. Look at these prices

102 baht for a double cheeseburger!! 59 baht cheeseburger!

In the US, these are all on the dollar menu.

A double cheeseburger is only 32 baht! 70 baht cheaper than in Thailand! And I was wrong, the regular cheeseburger isn't on the dollar menu, because it is cheaper than a dollar! Look at all that stuff you can get for 30 baht

But yeah, Burger King is even worse with regards to pricing than McDonalds.

I think Burger King does taste a bit better here than McDonalds though, even if not as good as home. I haven't had it for a few months though so if they are downsizing it's definitely not worth it

Either, BK shrank their burgers, or your waist and appetite has increased.

Don't worry, happens to all of us, after a certain age..........

Get a double whopper with cheese next time instead of those smaller burgers for those on a diet ;)

Aren't they usually available near the Guess Bar @ NANA?

I noticed the same, the patty is thinner now and less tastefull. I prefer MOS burger anyway.
