I have a non-imm visa for one year which starts from 15th April 2014 till 15 April 2015(apparently my lawyer gets the one year visa done without any difficulties or paper work ;-)...and that too cheap ) .Anyway recently I was travelling and on my re-enrty the immigration officer at Suvarnbhoomi airport (who was actually busy with her mobile and reading jokes) stamped "Admitted till 15th August 2015 " instead of 15th April 2015 ..well now is this of any concern ?I travel frequently in and out of Bangkok to other countries..so I was wondering if i should point that out next time to an immigration officer or.... should i just let go ...or.... do i get any benefit from that stamp ?

I wouldn't try to stay until August next year on that stamp.

You can go to immigration to have it corrected. It might also be noticed when you do your next 90 report and be fixed then.

If you leave before your next extension is due it will be corrected when you enter the country or it might be noticed when you leave the next time.

Do you know that one year visas exept non O-A do only give a permission of stay of 90 days?

When I was on my non-B, converted to a one year extension I actually got the rest of the validity of my original non-B + 1 year, meaning in effect almost 15 months. I was originally stamped in on Oct 25, 2013 and received permission to stay until Jan 22, 2015. I made numerous trips to nearby countries within this period, including China, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam and Singapore using a multiple re-entry permit and was always stamped back in until Jan 22, 2015. Could it be that the officer actually stamped your visa correctly because you are in this situation?
