If you have ANY options other than this piece of shit called Ipstar I would advise you to go for it. I have had this substandard service for well over a year and this is the WORST it has ever been. Customer service is NON existant and only lies when they bother to even answer the complaints.

Roger that, they are charging a premium price and offering a very sub standard service.

They don't answer email, won't answer the phone and will not explain why everybody is having their band width throttled back from the contracted and paid for rate.
