Cheap hairdresser in Phangan for blowdry

Featured Replies

Hey all,

I went for a blowdry and straighten the other day in Thongsala and was charged 500 baht. I should have asked how much beforehandfacepalm.gif This seemed really expensive since I used to get that for 100 in Bangkok a few years back. Can anyone reccomend a hairdresser that does cheap blowdrys please, preferably near Sri Thanu or Thongsala?

Thanks!

They must have seen you coming by the style of your hair.

Come on - are you for real - this is Thailand. Just walk about for 5 minutes - it's free.

I think the OP needs to do what we all do, and ask around the various shops.... usually although not always, the cheaper places are on the side roads...

Ask around.... then you will know where to go next time!.... Not all places charge "farang price"wink.png

500 baht for hair straightening is a reasonably cheap price anywhere in thailand. If it was only blow dry, then a rip off.

Really need to find a motorbike shop with beauty salon attached.

Can straighten bent bike and damaged hair at same time.
