mike44
I am a UK citizen and joint Executor of my late mother's UK estate. As part of the application process for grant of probate I need to swear an oath to confirm that the information provided in the application form is accurate. This would normally be done at a "commissioner of oaths" in the UK. But I will be in Thailand for several months... Is there an equivalent to a UK commissioner of oaths in Thailand? Does the British embassy offer this service? Or is some cheaper option available?
