It seems hard to say at this stage since the legal arguments are quite complex. Here is a dissenting view from an academic lawyer, for example.

I don't find the Constitutional Court judgement unreasonable.

The "dissenting view" doesn't disagree with the fact that Yingluck was found guilty under Article 268. He argues the point on how the Court judged which Cabinet Ministers should go. Fair enough. The written rule says the whole Cabinet should go, but the Court judged this to be unreasonable. The Court decided not to follow the letter of the law, but went a bit soft; fair enough; it's their call. You can argue over where to draw the line; likewise fair enough.

I agree, the court should have sentenced them to the fire squad for the damage the Thaksin clan has done to the country, but I'm not sure they have the power for that.

Suthep and the PDRC have caused way more damage to Thailand than Thaksin ever did. Why do so many seem to ignore the great deal of good Thaksin did for this country, the construction of hospitals and medical centres in rural locations, affordable health care, low interest loans to help the poor and new business, the pay off of Thailands debt to the International Monetary Fund 4 years before schedule, the economic boom of its industries pulling Thailand out of the Asian financial crisis to name a few. What has Suthep ever done - look at the nationwide Police Station reconstruction project, just hundreds of abandoned construction sites, if they even got that far (whatever happened to all that money anyway - probably ended up in the same place as all those donations from happy clappy whistle blowers eagerly handing over cash to help the poor rice farmers - back pocket?).

How idiotic. The judges followed the rule of law and made sure it applied to all parties involved. Also you and the Red shirts are the only ones condemning this. The international community is not involved or perhaps you can share a link from another country that is stating their outrage at the courts decision.

Justice has been served wether you agree with it or not. None are above the law and it is crystal clear the transfer was made to allow family to move into that job. GUILTY
