Usually no problem at all, they have a number system, all v professional and all goes smooth as silk. I've been there many times and never had to wait more than 20 minutes or so. Open at 8.30 so b there 10 min early if you're in a hurry.

Did my 90day visa report yesterday, in and out within 10mins, saw I guy in the back doing his visa application. Cannot fault Krabi immigration.
