is Postal delivery in bkk affected by the martial law?

dont worry ,the bills will manage to get delivered somehow ...........

package from over seas passed customs but 'failed delivery' (in the tracking) which is odd.

No Notification slip in your home mailbox, slipped under the door?

If not, you might wander down to your local post office with the tracking info and ask. The delivery guy might have gone to the wrong place.

I had similar a couple weeks ago because the address was off by a few houses. The local PO found the EMS envelope with no problem.
