I have "Incredible mail" e-mail notifier installed, and have had it for a few years with no problem, now although I still get my e-mail notifiers ok, file download boxes keep appearing, and it's a nuisance having to keep deleting them. I have had an engineer try to get rid of those file download boxes without success. Can anyone help?
