I supplied copies of my Passport with my current 1 year visa based on support of a Thai wife, and a copy of my yellow book of 5 years and it is not sufficient for the Land Transportation Office. For his 3 weeks here, a 6 month visa, and a hotel receipt he has a residence certificate. How do I get one for the Moran at the Land Transportation Office. I have no Landlord, I have no contract for my residence, I just completely, and wholly own the Damn place. Draw one up with your wife as the landlord and you as the tenant ....make up whatever terms you want ...but now you have a rental agreement so you can get a residence certificate ....No sense in butting heads with a Buffalo.
