Hi. My gf got few currency exchanges in pattaya. We want info if i can help her with work and get wp under her company.

She got few exchanges and every is registered as separate company from what i understand..

She got 10 that staff

I would like 1 permit on 1 exchange.

That option is as employee.

We think other option as we bought 4 story building and plan open exchange on botton and living rooms upstairs.

Question is can she form exchange company with my name in it and few other thais?

And then i could get wp througj that.

We got capital moneys.

Exchange is not on prohibited jobs list...

Can foreginer be in exchange company papers?

Would second option be easier.

Whats the monthly tax she would have to pay for me on both options?

I got no bachelor only high school. Can i still consider first option?
