Absolutely agree, we had one of these spring up near us, locals got it shut down I believe. Right bang in a mainly residential area of condo's. Someone mentioned they did not have a beer license

this one was set up by the village pool - 3 story homes all around

the drive way is blocked by cars parking on the small soi

the soi leads to the Paradise and the curve of the building catches every sound

goes all the way back to the developer, the committee, the son, the court cases, the bankrupsty
