Contact point for official matters/ complaints, under the Junta?

I would like to know if anyone knows this?

Now the army has taken control, they are showing a lot of force dealing with irregularities, corruption, crime etc etc.

If i have problems with officials or an office that is controlled by the local government (Like the landoffice) and these problems seem to be because of lack of care or maybe on purpose when disliked by someone over there,

Does the Junta have an official contact point for this too?

Where do i go when city officials don't seem to be doing their job, and in such a way that my bussiness is becoming impossible or is losing a lot of money.

Maybe the same place as before the Junta, only then where is this?
