An other 90 days reporting question.

Featured Replies

Flew in 1st of June, leaving Wednesday 03 September, that's 95 days.

Considering two weeks before and one week after leniency do I need to report to my immigration office or can I just leave Suvarnabhumi 03 September?

Don't want to pay 500x5 fee.

Anyway, need a re-entry permit, I read I can get this at Suvarnabhumi also or could go to local immigration office last week of August to do both.

It's not a big issue, could even do it 03 September at local office before flying to BKK avoiding an extra trip to town. Hmmmm, just need to decide what to do, any comments welcome.

Two weeks before or one week after for the 90 days I think.

You need to report. Not reporting is not considered overstay and the fine is normally 2,000 baht.

Best is to report and get the re-entry permit at the same time from your local immigration office.

You could also pay baht 1,900 for the 7-day "non-extension" which would carry you through your 3 Sept departure.

I note it'd be a bit over the Over-Stay fine you'd get on departure if you don't get the 7-day extension, but at least you'd avoid the blue stamp in the back of your passport.

He just needs to do a 90 day report.

Yes, have permission to stay into January 2015.

OK, driving into town every week anyway, will hit immigration last week August, do 90 days reporting and get re-entry permit same time, no hassle at Swampy 03 September leaving kingdom. Even doing just that on day I leave should be fine.

Will be back early October.
