Mario2008 Posted June 25, 2014 Share Posted June 25, 2014 The mother wants to list you as the father on the birth certificate. She probably also want to give the baby your last name. If that will be allowed depends on the amphur. As you are not married, legally you are not the father. Thus the amphur can deny giving her your last name. Many will just register your last name.
