Daniel Boon Posted June 9, 2014 Share Posted June 9, 2014 Anyone have any knowledge of turning a house and land, occupied for many years, from no deed to having a Deed of ownership? I experienced this in Brasil; the local government facilitated deeds for the land squatted on, for a nominal fee. There are many houses in a village where this is the norm, if Thailand has a process of implementing ownership, it would alleviate many problems with those indebted to money-lenders. 5% a month is an interest rate I have heard of.
