Today it's 48c in Kuwait, which is almost next door to Qatar. How on earth could they expect people to play football in that temperature. Jeez, we've been on about how warm it is here at 38c.

I know there is talk of transferring the competition to the 'winter,' with all the problems that entails. But, at the time of awarding the 2022 comp, and even now, it's a summer tournament.

Don't want to comment too much about possible 'bungs' but the committee must have been out of their minds as, surely, they would have those temp predictions before them.
