Dear Thai visa,

I am a French national from Vietnamese extractions(hold only French passport), I am 20 years old and unfortunatly don't have a degree, my future employer wants to apply for my work permit but requested a degree, proof of previous work that I also don't have.

I am on my first entry tourist VISA (I've got a double entry). my first entry will be expired on 2nd July , do you think I have enough time to apply for the work permit before that date (by that I mean leaving to Laos to get non-B visa)

Please help me.

If you can get things sorted out it should be enough time.

If not you can get a 30 day extension of your 60 day entry at an immigration office for a fee of 1900 baht.

If he told you he wants a degree what makes you think that he is going to do the paperwork for a Non B visa and Work Permit?

A degree is normally not needed, unless you want to become a teacher and teach at an elementary or secondary school. In any case they will sk for you highest education that you finished.

If ur employer is asking for that,

he obviously wont want you if you don't have it to show him.

The OP is not quite clear but I read it to mean that a company wants to employ him despite his lack of a university degree and work experience, but when filling out the work permit application form the employer came across a section asking about degrees and work experience. From the application package (copy attached):

THE MAIN DOCUMENTS REQUIRED Please arrange documents in the following order:

...

4. A copy of the applicant's education certificate and job experience record. (Form designed by Department of

Employmen is accepted in case such foreigner cannot submit the copy when applying)

...

If this is the case, then just give the employer whatever school certificates you have, and for experience, the employer should write "none".

PS. Looking at the application form (TW.3), I see under point 2.3 that a document regarding only the ''highest educational qualification obtained" is required, ie not for all schools you attended.
