June 13, 201412 yr Hi everyone, I just moved to Lat Phrao soi 15 and am trying to find a gym within walking distance (e.g, no more than a mile away), but I am not finding much. Does anyone know of any in the Chatuchak/Ladprao/Chan Kasem Area? Possibly apartments that allow non-residents to use their gym for a monthly fee? Thx!
June 15, 201412 yr As edwardandtubs said, the one in JJ park is free, however it always seems to be crowded, not to mention there's no aircon and you will be breathing in lots of pollution. At Supalai Condo, Pahonyothin 21, there is a gym for its residents, but it's also open to the public. It has 4 treadmills, 2 squat racks, a few spinning machines, 8 or ten machines for various exercises, and a room for gymnastic workouts which hosts yoga and dance classes as well. It also has 2 squash courts and 2 tennis courts. I like it, but it's 200 baht per visit for nonresidents. I believe the monthly fee is 2500 or 3000. Other than that, I remember seeing a sign for a gym right across the street from me, between Pahonyothin Sois 15 and 30, somewhere. I'd rather do pullups in a dirty parking garage.

They don't do I day passes, weekly or monthly, I tried to get a weekly/daily price because I am not in BKK all the time and was told they don't do this
