I left my reading glasses in a local restaurant by accident, when we got home and I realized & we phoned. The lady told us that the women at the next table tried to claim they were hers but the staff had seen me with them so knew they were not and would not let her take them. Yes some people are honest while others will take whatever they can, happens everywhere in the world. You find some genuine people and you find some that are not, country doesnt really matter, its their own personal values that separate them.
