PATTAYA – June 13, 2014 [PDN]; at 3.00 a.m., the police of Nong Prue police station, Chonburi province were notified that there was an accident involving a pick-up truck which had lost control and crashed into a ditch. The Incident happened behind the Pattaya floating market on the railway road railway road, Moo 12 Tambon Nong Prue, Amphur Banglamung, Chonburi province, so the police rushed to inspect the scene together with the rescuers of Sawang Boriboon Tharmma Satharn Foundation, Pattaya city.

At the scene the officers found a black Isuzu Dmax pick-up truck, license number Phor Nor 8725, Chiang Mai, which had been crashed into a ditch full of water and there was only the roof showing. The rescuers inspected the pick-up truck and found an injured victim.
