Featured Replies

Still to dry here, last year was more rain

Since 10 days little bit rain, but still to dry for the season!

That the rain so long not come

Also my wife see first time!

The reason is the El Niño weather phenomenon , I don't know what exactly happen, but it has something to do with the passat winds around the globe , that are missing or lost on power!

I could imagine , that in future the land price go down

And more drought zones everywhere

Then farmers have a big problem

What fruits can grow up in drought , with less water, only bananna or some other?

Rain will come in time Sandy. We had to wait a good while for the grip of the hot season to lessen here in Bangkok.

Maybe dried fruits would grow well.

Hey don't the TWINS necks begin to hurt after a while with all that herky-jerky motion -- mine hurts just looking at 'em.

Dry? Well, not here in Kalasin. We have had 120 mm of rain so far this month and that is more than normal. 190 mm is normal for june acc. to tmd.go.th

Pi$#ed down in Buriram last night. Really ahrd rain for about one and a half hours.

Also in Buriram.... and it has rained every day for the past fortnight. Not heavy, but enough so that most of the ricefields have standing water.

Quite likely we won't get heavy rain until August.

And in this part of M.H.Sarakarm (gosum) we've had a couple of 5 minute showers since June started. p.s.Nice photo of David 48's Children. J.D.

Plenty of rain in Udon, NBL and Loei.

Been a trifle wet in the Sangkha area too. Umbrellas were unfurled to combat the tempest.

One swallow doesn't make a summer.
