Is there a website or source for finding rental property throughout Thailand?

Featured Replies

I am retired and currently just travelling around Thailand. I am interested in finding a website or a good source in finding rental property. NOT HOTELS.

I am flexible and would like to find reasonably priced monthly or long term rentals in case I find a place I was to stay for awhile.

I am currently in Railay Beach and paying 1500 baht per night....there must be a source I can use.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You must be pc savvy, ever heard of google mate.

pick an area you are interested in staying/renting then click google

You can try Thai Visa classifieds, DDproperty (may have to use google translate) Baht sold. OR try googling rentals in the area you like. Sometimes best to just go to whatever area it is your interested in and ask around or look for signs (best to have someone with you who speaks Thai though!)

Also Google "Thailand Rentals"

Good luck

Ive found that the cheaper rentals are not usually found online.

Best to go to the area and look and ask around.

Lots of bargains at the moment with the current situation in Thailand.

And long term you can negotiate a better deal.

If the city I live in is anything to go by, the average house landlord does not advertise except for a sign on the house.

I think you may be looking for guest houses? Most rentals do not charge by the night.
