Visa assistance in Vientianne

Hi,

I will be making a run to Vientianne to get a Non immigrant O visa in about a month. I have some medical issues which will make standing in line a lone time a problem. Once there I would like to hire a local to walk my visa through for me. Has anyone done this or know of any reliable services?

What type of non-o visa do you want (single or multiple entry)? Upon what basis will it be on (50 or over, marriage)?

You will not have a problem getting a single entry non-o based upon marriage but you will not get a multiple entry visa in Vientiane.

Do you know what the going rate is for an agent and are there any tips on how not to get ripped off? I'm thinking of taking a photo of the agent and paying1/2 or less down and the rest on pick up.
