Rooo Posted June 19, 2014 Share Posted June 19, 2014 Breaking news – Koh Phangan gun man who killed Stephen Ashton sentenced in Samui CourtToday Ekkapan Gaewkla received a prison sentence of 33 years and 13 months at the Samui provincial court for the death of British Stephen Ashton, who was killed at the New Years Eve Full Moon Part on Haad Rin Beach is 2013 when Ekkapan opened fire with a homemade gun in the early hours of the morning. South Posted June 20, 2014 Share Posted June 20, 2014 Why a sentence of 33 years and 13 months? Surely that should be 34 years and 1 month which in itself seems a strange figure.
