ClutchClark Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 None of those appear to be homemade. Probably bragged up his collection. I hadn't realized there were restriction on 2-way radios. Is this only because of the coup? Thanks
Chang_paarp Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Two ways are a restricted item, authorised people only. Some people use possession of them to make like they are connected, have seen them flashed the same way a gun is flashed in other places.
