I need to do a Visa run and would like to know of the agencies in Singapore that can assist me.

As far as I know the embassy does not allow agents to apply for your visa, I have never seen a post about using one there.

What visa are you wanting to get?

I am trying to get a 90 day visa. I arrive June 28th and will need to get a visa ASAP as i am 8 months pregant.

What type of visa. A non immigrant (O, B, ED) or a tourist visa?

KL is the same. Only Penang allows agents.

For right now, a tourist visa.

A tourist visa only allows a 60 day entry that can be extended by 30 days at immigration.

I suggest you talk to your doctor about giving a you a letter stating that you cannot travel due to your advanced state of pregnancy. You could then apply for an extension based upon a medical condition at immigration. You can get up to a 90 day extension for this.

Yes and it is often done for pregnancy. From police order 777/2551

2.25 In the case of receiving medical treatment, attending rehabilitation, or taking care of a patient: Each permission shall be granted for no more than 90 days.

(1) Must have been confirmed and requested by a physician of the hospital providing said treatment with full explanation about the illness, period of treatment, and the physician’s opinion that the illness is an impediment to travel.

Would they grant permission to him given his wife is due to give birth within the period that he would have to do a visa run?

You could try to get one for him. This under the same clause that I omitted from my quote before.

"(2) In the case of taking care of a patient, the applicant must have been confirmed and requested by a physician of the hospital providing the examination and treatment or by an embassy or consulate. "
