60 day Tourist visa at Thai embassy in Singapore

Featured Replies

Hello

I am planning a trip to Singapore, for the sole purpose of getting 2x 60 day visas at the thai embassy in Singapore.(danish passport)

My plan is to extend the visas at imigration in Phuket with and additional 30 days, so in fact they become 90 days and 90 days. I would fly in and out to activate the second visa after the first 90 days.

My question is, when I apply for the visas in Singpore I will need to show a ticket leaving Thailand again. This ticket does it need to be after the first visa expires or after the second visa expires or does it not matter at all?

If I apply for the visa lets say Monday morning ( between 09.15am-11.30am) I should be able to collect it the following day right?

Also I will be bringing at least 20k Baht in cash and my thai bankbook as proof of funds.

Is there anything else I should be aware of ?

Cheers

You will only get a single entry tourist visa in Singapore, They will want a copy of your ticket out of Singapore and one out of Thailand.

If you want a 2 entry tourist visa you should go to Vientiane or Savannakhet Laos to get it. They don't want to see tickets out of the country.
