Government Public Relations Department to promote ASEAN progress

BANGKOK, 30 JUNE 2014 (NNT)-The Public Relations Department Director-General Apinant Chantharangsi has decided on the creation of a framework and road map for promotion at a global level. Meanwhile the department aims to clarify the current political situation in Thailand with other countries.

The department has a core commitment to publicize correct information about ASEAN countries in all respects to promote a progressive and friendly image in international communities.

Now Thailand is moving forward in accordance with the NCPO’s policy of peace, order and democracy and it is the department's aim to familiarize the world with Thailand's present stable situation.

Representatives from the Tourism Council Of Thailand, ABC News, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Universities and regional and central public relations operations are interested in expressing their opinions and making suggestions to create a road map for the international community at this time.

Must keep the PR team busy, with something innocuous, after 3 years of spouting the Shins' propaganda... A good opportunity for some cleansing there too, maybe, you know, for the ones who really 'slept with the dog' (the one in the desert, I mean), and would still be infested with its fleas...
