Should have different treatments (massage, bath, sleeping/silent room, etc.) and should be enjoyed together, of course. Ie. not just going to get a massage together, but spending a whole day together getting pampered in a nice environment. Doesn't matter whether it's in a hotel or a spa, though some kind of wellness hotel (if such exists) would be preferred.
