transfer of entry stamp to new passport.....doable on exit from suvarnabhumi?

Is it possible to exit Thailand with my new passport and showing my entry stamp in the old passport? Or must I go to changwattana office and transfer the stamp first? It is a 60 day single tourist visa. Anyone have recent experience with this?

Yes, it is possible. Show both passports and the immigration officer will deal with it.
