90 days not reporting because I have been in Europe

Featured Replies

I hope someone knows how I should deal with the following 90 days Reporting issue. I returned to Europe just after obtaining my 12 months Non Imm Multiple entry Visa

I have now been in Europe for 3 1/2 months and will be back in Thailand again in a couple of weeks.

I have a Reporting date latest June 24 in Chonburi, but for various reasons I did not travel back earlier. I will be back July 24.

Will I have a problem with this when I arrive in Thailand? Should I report in Chonburi or do I have 90 days Reporting from the day I Return to Thailand?

Thanks for assistance :)

You only report when you have been here 90 days.

Day 1 is the day you enter the country.

90 day reporting is only done if staying loner than 90 days, when you return you start at day number one.

You didn't need to report because you weren't here, no problem with than. You don't report with a 12 month O either, you leave the country. Or did you in fact get an extension? In which case yes, you report to immigration 90 days after you return (presuming you got a re-entry permit).

I guess you have extension odf stay from immigrations within Thailand.

With a Non Imm Multiple entry Visa obtained at a consulate abroad you must leave the country every 90 days

As said, the requirement is to report after spending 90 consecutive days in the country.

If you really do have a Non Imm Multiple entry Visa you do not report anyway. You leave the country on 90 days.
