Turn temperature cooler.

I have the same problem, very very small ants are everywhere. I did not know they are also in fridge until I spray the whole house and killed them all. When I was cleaning the fridge I notice many of them dead inside too. And my fridge is working. You can try spray the whole house and probably those in fridge will also die.

You have a nest of ants in your dwelling. The ants migrate and like the coolness emanating from the fridge. The seal is also not air tight...

Once the nest gets too big, the ants migrate...

Locate the nest, could be a nest outside also, spray it...

These must be Canadian ants. Canadian ants are very hardy. The temperatures in Canada commonly reach -40 C (-40 F). Every spring we still see lots of ants.

Turn the fridge up - make it warm. Pour honey on a sheet of paper that covers the bottom of the fridge. Now crank the fridge to maximum cold. They will all be well stuck in. If their feet don't freeze, their ears will.

Too stupid but it made me chuckle laugh.png

I'm flabbergasted with you.

So, you saw the ants in, and you are still have the fridge on?

Do you understand, you are torturing, these lovely creatures.

I'm contemplating to report you to the WWF.

World wrestling federation?

put you pants in the fridge, then when the ants migrate to your pants, put them on.

So is that how you get ants in your pants ???

I'm flabbergasted with you.

It is because I would look the size of an ant, standing next to a professional wrestler.....So they can recommend how to do with smaller ones.

I had one of these last week. I finally got him out after leaving door open for a while.

Only a fellow canuck could post this! Thanks Greg.

I reckon they just want to chill out.

OK I'll get my coat.

Seriously, as others have noted clean out the fridge well, check and clean the door seal (even the really tiny ones shouldn't get past a magnetic seal).

Let me join in....

Turn the setting colder, they should move on unless they are from the ant-artic!

But what is if they are ants from Novosibirsk that came with a Russian Tourist. Now the fridge is the only place they can survive the hot weather. By setting it even colder you may make it more comfortable for them.

Setting it warmer will force them to move out.

I think these a special breeded siberian ants( biological weapons) to fight Thailand, caused of their special Visa treat for russians. wink.png

I a way more subtle as for example Agent Orange and not poison at all hopefully!!??? giggle.gif
