Guarantee services will be provided to disabled entrepreneurs applying for loans from financial institutions

The Small Business Credit Guarantee Corporation (SBCG) will provide guarantee services for disabled entrepreneurs seeking loans from financial institutions.

SBCG director and general manager Thaweesak Fungkiatcharoen (ทวีศักดิ์ ฟุ้งเกียรติเจริญ) said the agency will not charge guarantee fee in the first year and will guarantee part of unsecured credit but not exceeding half of the total loan.

The maximum guarantee amount for each disabled entrepreneur also will not exceed 250,000 baht, Mr. Thaweesak said.

He said SBCG is following the government policy of helping the disabled start their own businesses.
