I am American, married to a Thai Citizen. I do not have enough time to travel to Thai Consul in Chicago for the Thai O visa and I dont think they accept mailed in forms/docs. Does anyone have any experience with a travel agent in Phnom Penh doing their O visa for Thailand? I will be there next month after a few weeks in Thailand and figured I could try. I did a Thai tourist visa there once but expect a O would be much more difficult. Thanks in advance for your replys.

Are you wanting to get a single or multiple entry non-o? If multiple forget PP because they do not do them.

You would need to go to Laos, Savanakhet to get a multiple non-O in the region.

I can confirm that Savanakhet still issues multiple Of based on legal marriage
