Why is this MOL letter so elusive, I'm going to Penang to get a Non B visa...

My school said they would provide the documents.

But now my school is saying I need to be out of Thailand to receive it?!

What actual documents are needed to acquire a Non B?

I've had one before at a previous school but I was never asked for a MOL letter!

The letter of approval for a work permit application is not needed to get a non-b visa for teaching.
