Hi all. I have a son (German citizen) and my partner and me live in Thailand. We went to Germany in April and our son got the 30 day stamp on arrival, which means he is on overstay now. With all the new visa regulations I am worried we get in trouble when leaving the Kingdom next time. Anyone has some experience lately with an child on overstay?

Children below the age of 14 still do not have to pay the overstay fine.
