What time check in opens for early flight?

The flight is CNX to HKG Air Asia and my buddy doesnt have the info for online check in.

Could some kind soul please let us know what time check in opens and closes please. I don't wish to drop him off at 3am as recommended by the 'allow 3 hours for check in' routine at major airports.

Thanks in advance, except if you mention pizza or 7/11. Then you are in trouble.

I didn't think immigration even opened until 6am...I would get there by 4:15.......find out what time immigration opens,,,

There's a flight to Hangzhou at about 0200 - 0300 and its quite often delayed so I think there's no worries about immigration. Opening and closing times for check-in are on the air Asia website.

CNX was supposed to move to opening 24/7 in April, that would presumably include Immigration-facilities in the International-terminal end, when flights in/out were scheduled ?

Thanks all, we'll take the advice and get there around 0400-0415.

Check-in was managed by some phone calls and a family member did it from home.

All done and dusted but some lessons learned, nothing serious though.

Website states international check-in opens 3 hrs before flight but being a small airport, it actually opened at 0430. Progressed smoothly enough and then up to security and immigration, but it didn't open until 0500. By that time the line was lenghty but I left not long after getting up there anyway.

AA claimed that check-in counters open 2 hours before departure...but today our flight to HKG, counters opened at 0440LT...for departure 0600 LT..

Q was long so was the CIQ...final calls for boarding were made but pax still Q-ing for CIQ...

Related. How to get to airport so early? Will i find taxis or tuktuks on the street at that hour. or must i book in advance, and i suppose be ready to fork out large bills.

CNX is small and convenient. If you arrive 1 hour before flight time you'll be fine.
