"Non-Imm B Multi Entry" based on consultancy from overseas.

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I used to have one of these (expired earlier this year) based on being a UK registered business providing consultancy services for Thai companies and, the major of them, provided all the supporting documents that the UK consulate needed. So, no work permit needed or requested.

Have taken a long break since its expiry but have been asked to do some limited similar assignments again.

Now with all the changes - might this still be possible, please? (I hesitate to ask the consulate in case a refusal prejudices any other application I might then make).

Many thanks in anticipation.

As long as it is a UK based business and have proof of contacts with Thai companies you should be able to get another multiple entry B visa.in the UK.

The changes going on now have nothing to do with applying for a non immigrant visa and using it.

Have just renewed a similar TypeB Visa with the Embassy in London. I was a little concerned as thought the Embassy may be more difficult to deal with but they actually asked for less proof and were very courteous in handling my application. Just to let you know, in UK it is only the Embassy that can issue any form of multi-entry. Some consulates offer the service but all their paperwork has to go via the London Embassy.
