Marriage confirmation

Featured Replies

I am married to thai 4yrs Thai immigration will not accept my Hong Kong marriage cert Can I marry same lady here in Thailand or can I get the marriage ratified at local amphur

On what grounds will they not recognise it?

Is it registered in Hong Kong? And/or with your home country?

Is it translated into Thai and notarised?

Is the lady Thai

You would need an affidavit of freedom to marry. So you need proof that you are either single or divorced; which looks like you are not! You could divorce and then re-marry!
